We propose to you a 7-day aikido seminar, including periods of méditation, aikido classes and pedagogical-oriented practice sessions.
4 to 5 hours of practice per day, as well as many moments of relaxation and conviviality.

Classes take place mainly in the meorning to allow time for relaxation or family activities.
The seminar take place in the Saint-Benoî Collegenext to the Abbey of Maredsous.
